I was speaking to a client recently who was blown away after receive a card from a professional they had dealt with, who had taken a moment out of their day to hand write and send a greeting card. Having someone know that you took time out of your busy schedule to sit and think of them for a moment is immeasurable. Sending a tangible 'something' is the ultimate gift.
