  • Our production crew and developers are on chat throughout the day.

  • Get immediate help with placing an order, altering an order, doing your magazine, or solving technical issues.

  • If your query isn’t urgent, it’s better to send an email so it can be added to the production queue.


  • IMPORTANT Chats time out after 2 minutes of inactivity. If you have to step away, start a new chat when you return. Don’t assume your issue has been fixed until we confirm it. We’ll always let you know if we’ve resolved it, if you need to hang on, or if it’s gone to the right person.

    Approving or amending an order

    When you hit APPROVED for an order in the portal, your order goes straight to production.

  • Add a comment if you’ve discussed amendments with us, need a non-standard quantity, or require account manager review.

  • Comments are also used internally to flag new files or artwork updates to production.


  • IMPORTANT:If you need to make a change after approval, always use Instant Chat or call us. Our production team moves so quickly that orders can be approved, printed, and on the press within minutes. By the time an email is read, it might be too late.
