QR Codes now report statistics for Letterbox Drops

You can now track the performance of your Letterbox Drops with QR Codes, tracked in real time. Every scan shows up in your agent app Coming Soon or from within our platform.

Important Security Update

A forgot password link has now been included at log in. There is also a two-factor authentication option that your manager can enable against your personnel record.

We recommend that you set up a login token on your Google Authenticator app, and use the mobile phone as a backup. It is not yet compulsory, but will be for managers in the coming months.

Lastly, we are discouraging multiple people using one user account. Every person who accesses the portal should be set up with their own login account for security best practice.

New Platform Landing Page

You will notice a new landing page when you log in. This is so we can highlight a message for you and show you whats new at a glance.

Search by Agent and Properties by Agent

In the PROPERTIES LIST you can now search by agent so it only shows properties assigned to a particular agent if you need it.

In the PERSONNEL TAB, you can also see the properties that are listed for an individual agent there as well.

Edit and Preview

When previewing your magazine it previews in Edit Mode as usual so you can update photos, edit copy and headings as before.

If you want to quickly see what it looks like before publishing, click Quick Preview for a faster preview without leaving the window. Need further edits? Click back to Edit Mode. If not, proceed straight to the Order button and approve.

This applies to magazines and some brochure products.

Single Image Option

On certain templates that use a large image and smaller images underneath, you can select the main image to cover all image slots. This is designed to allow one image to fill the space when multiple images are not available.

If you'd like this feature, let us know and we can update your templates.

Image Thumbnails

We have now increased the image thumbnail size so you can better see the images. We've removed their lengthy names and just left the number of the image which is the number the image has in the property details/images list.

Sidebar Elements

You will also notice some icons down the right-hand side:

• Help (Dash) — Now available. Try him out and let us know what you think. You still have access to Instant Chat as normal in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
• Pages — View your magazine pages as thumbnails and quickly jump to a page.
• Reload — Works as before when you click Reload All, with a couple of extra features explained in the reload window. You can now add or remove a single property to or from the magazine instead of going back to the property screen.
• Props — Shows which pages of the magazine a particular property is on.
• Fillers — The usual fillers window, simply moved to the sidebar.

These changes help prevent some back and forth and make the experience even better for you, freeing up some space in the top menu.

Performance

We've moved the portal to a much faster and safer server configuration to speed up performance and allow for greater security options. Nothing changes for you — you still log in from our website.

You may notice the URL now says myhubexpress.app instead of myprintexpress.com.au.

Brochures — view side by side

You can now view the brochure side by side.

New feature — magazines: change out photos

You can now change out your photo and move or zoom it in the property catalogue pages, the same way you do in the features. Click on the photo and the popup box allows you to zoom, move and select a different photo.

New feature — magazines: pop-up properties list

You can get a quick properties list of which properties are in the magazine and on what page the property is on for quick checking and editing.

New feature — magazines: print just one page

You can now print just one page of your magazine instead of downloading the whole lot.

For both brochures & magazine users

Brochures now preview the same way your magazines do.

Edit copy from within the preview by clicking on the property text.

New feature — add comment, qty & approve from preview

You can now set the quantity, add in a comment and approve your brochure or magazine, straight from the customise / preview screen using the Order button.
